Explore the wonders of the night sky! Join a Park Ranger to create a Night Sky Journal and learn to navigate the stars.
Where: Day Use Area
Bring: camp chair/blanket, flashlight (preferably red light), binoculars (optional), plenty of water, bug spray, close-toed shoes

No cellphones or flashlights in viewing area, as they can disrupt night vision.
If you don't have a red light, we can turn a regular flashlight into a red light flashlight at the event.
Arrive before dark so you can easily find where we are set up.
Please leave pets at home for this event.
Attendance is free with park admission.
If arriving after 4:30 PM, use the self-pay station to get a day pass.
