3rd Annual Middle Tennessee Hatch Green Chile Roast

We are excited to once again bring fresh Green Chile from Hatch, NM directly to the Middle Tennessee area. This year's peak Green Chile harvest season will be late September to early October and we will be roasting them fresh within days of being picked. In addition to roasting Green Chile in person, we will also have live music, local vendors and artisans, and we will be adding even more food specialists that will be grilling and serving your favorite dishes that feature fresh roasted Green Chile.
