Friday, July 25th "Maine" Chef's Table Dinner

Join us for a special evening as chefs Matt Schieble and Audreen Maestri present Frostwood Farms Kitchen as their own place of “Acadia” with a “Maine” dinner. Symbolizing an “idyllic place or place of abundance,” there is much to be celebrated from the bounty of the North Atlantic to the stunning inland terroir.



We are offering this unique experience on Friday, July 25th at 6pm. The cost is $95/person with the option to purchase a curated wine pairing with ticket or night of. Seating is limited and reservations are required by Wednesday, July 23rd. Hope you can join us!

First Course

Lobster Roll | brioche, espelette, chive, potato chips



Second Course

Strawberry Salad | whipped chevre, pistachio, pedro ximenez, fine herbs



Main Course

Pan Seared Atlantic Cod | allagash beer steamed mussels, garlic, fennel, butter, grilled bread, saffron aioli



Desserts

Blueberry Tart | house made ice cream (contains nuts)
