Chair Yoga lets you stretch, strengthen, and improve your balance—all with the support of a chair. This class is perfect for beginners and also open to those who already enjoy yoga. We’ll do a mix of seated and standing poses.

Remember to wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and pack any yoga props you like to use. No need to sign up—just come by and join the group!
