✨️ Qigong is a mind-body functional movement practice that uses slow, precise movements, controlled breathing, and mental focus.
☯️ Qigong classes continue this Tuesday from 9:30-11am at the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre in the Dance Studio.
⏰️ Classes are on every Tuesday from 9:30-11am.
💰 Investment: $20 per class (Bring a friend for $15 each). 10 class pack for $180.

☯️ Our Qigong practice is based on the Immortal Arts (TaoYoga Arts) system with a strong focus on breathwork and meditation. The classes are suitable for all ages and levels of Qigong experience.
🧘 Please bring a yoga mat and/or a small cushion to use for the seated meditation at the end of the class.
