Purple Angels Memory Cafe - Family Picnic!

Our next Purple Angels Memory Café is this Thursday, July 3 and we are meeting at Wildwood Park for an old fashioned family picnic. We’ll be grilling brats and hamburgers and serving potato salad, baked beans and watermelon, along with lemonade and ice cream treats. They’ll be music, BINGO! And prizes, so come on down and join us for some friendship at fun. We start at 11:00 am with lunch served at 12:30.
The Purple Angels Memory Café is always free and open to anyone with Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia, as well as their caregivers, family, and friends. Our gatherings include music, food, arts and crafts, and socialization. Trained volunteers provide fun and interesting activities and there are opportunities to learn about resources in the community.
