There’s no need to be “good at art”—this retreat is about using creative tools to understand, express, and affirm your unique identity. Participants are invited to work at their own pace in a safe, welcoming studio space, with optional sharing, sensory-friendly supports, and experienced facilitation.
Key benefits include:
- Building confidence and self-awareness through expressive arts
- Exploring identity beyond masking or expectations
- Engaging in respectful, low-pressure group connection
- Feeling seen, supported, and celebrated—just as they are
Young people will leave with creative keepsakes, deeper insight into themselves, and the knowledge that they are not alone.
