Musical Mantras are living affirmations, designed to rewrite the neural pathways in your brain, so you can retrain your brain with thoughts that support your growth and goals. She write these mantras for specific individuals and herself. The good news is that we all have similar limiting beliefs, so Musical Mantras are transformational for all who listen.
