Join us as we say Fck it to all the bullsh!t that no longer serves us! We'll find movement through different styles of yoga while listening to some fun music and fully expressing ourselves through the art of cussing and screaming. Cussing and screaming is a way of expressing the self, releasing pent up toxic emotions, and clearing the throat chakra 😉. There is no censorship in this yoga class, expect explicit lyrics, freedom of speech and the occasional outburst! This class is not for the easily offended and due to the language that will be used, it is for 18 years and older unless approved by a parent.
