In this dreamy, guided Yoga Nidra experience, you’ll be invited to soften into stillness, drift into deep rest, and journey inward to meet the ancient wisdom waiting within your own body.

We’ll begin with a ritual of reflection—drawing an oracle card to spark insight and curiosity, then gently nestling into supported rest with cozy props and grounding breath.

Through a forest-inspired visualization, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your senses, maybe even meet a spirit guide, and witness flowers of memory bloom—each one a moment of joy, healing, and feeling fully alive. This is not a practice of doing, but of remembering.
