🎉 RunSoc Training Mondays are back again for T2 2025! 😃🎉
Are you looking to achieve your fitness goals, prepare for your first race, improve your PB times, all while making new friends? 😊💪
We are excited to present RunSoc Monday Training! 😁
Our weekly interval training group sessions are suitable for runners of all levels! Don't worry if you're just starting out, each session is designed with pace and distance flexibility appropriate for the fitness and training goals of each individual 👍
In the past, we've welcomed many newcomers who quickly became regular participants! We'll explore various interval training styles, including fartlek, long and short intervals, tempo runs, and progression runs.
We will also provide guidance regarding warmup drills and dynamic stretching, and post run static stretching.
