This is a NAR approved Code of Ethics course for Cycle 8 and CE credit is offered through the Kansas Real Estate Commission as a side benefit of taking the course. The Code of Ethics is a living, breathing document that changes as the industry changes. You will gain a better understanding of how it applies to your business and the higher level of professionalism that you agree to abide by as a REALTOR®.
Existing REALTOR® members are required to complete a minimum of 2.5 hours of approved Code of Ethics training every three years in order to remain a REALTOR® member. This has nothing to do with having a real estate license, but some courses do offer CE credit as a side benefit of taking the course. Current Cycle 8 is January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
