Day One: Envision Your Birth
Get ready to move! This class is full of movement, comfort measures, hands-on activities, and real talk to help you understand the labor process and feel confident about your birth choices. We’ll explore positioning, coping techniques, and how to create a supportive birth environment—whether at home or in the hospital.
Day Two: Postpartum Healing & Infant Feeding
We’ll shift focus to the sacred postpartum period—learning how to care for your body, plan for recovery, and understand your emotional and physical needs. You’ll also participate in a student-led session on infant feeding options, newborn behaviors, and how to respond to your baby’s cues with love and confidence.
