Beginner Zouk Dance - $20 @ 2625 S. Greeley St #228

Zouk is an intimate contemporary partner dance rooted in African rhythms, ballet and several South American ballroom genres, mainly Lambada. Zouk explores the spirit of mastering inclusion, consent, individual learning and training practiced weekly. Explore the patterns of the basics, use your body and balance in new ways, learn to balance (and counterbalance) and grow as a person. May experience platonic touch, hugs, highs, energy, confidence, being called a dancer, community and inclusion. All classes will be based on the attendees skill building status, starting from scratch - those that are ahead will relearn and help the new students as part of training.

BEGINNER FRIENDLY
TEMPERATURE: 65 degrees
A water bottle is recommended.
Plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the start of class.

CANCELATION POLICY:
At least 4 hours notice is required for cancellations. A late cancellation fee will be applied to cancelations outside the 4-hour window.
