Enjoy this fitness fusion class! This class is great for students new to belly dance, those looking for a low impact workout, and individuals aiming to strengthen their technique. Class starts with a mat based warm-up focusing on core strengthening, then moves into belly dance technique and combinations. Belly dance movements will integrate core strengthening and toning. We'll work with these combinations into a short dance routine. Class ends with a relaxing stretch. This is an all levels class. Zoom link will be sent after registration. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor. Cost is $80 for 5 week series of $20 drop-in.
