August Puppy Yoga

Join us this summer for a fun but relaxing yoga session guaranteed to relieve stress and generate lots of smiles! This class is suitable for all fitness levels and will be led by certified Yoga Teacher, Cheryl aka @peaceyogabycheryl a local Columbus Yoga Teacher that has been teaching for over 11 years. She is very passionate about helping rescue dogs has a love for animals and lives to give back to the local community.

The Adoption Center will supply the puppies so please leave yours at home🐾

Grab a friend and come downward dog with adorable, adoptable pups while raising funds and awareness for pets in needs

The pups will likely wander from one mat to the next, climb on you to assist in your form, and play with their puppy friends so come prepared to laugh and receive puppy kisses! Although we love all dogs we ask that you leave your pup at home as this event is for the shelter pups.
