Reflexology is a wonderful way to positively affect the health of the entire body through the feet. Reflexology uses light pressure on reflex points in the feet to stimulate organs and glands in the body. This technique can be traced back to the Chinese and their idea of universal principles of polarity and is often considered Eastern Medicine. Reflexology is also a wonderful complement to Western medicine, easing side-effects of medicines, calming anxiety, and help with the healing process after surgery.
