Join Goose the Market's head butcher Kevin for this fun, interactive, hands-on class.

Learn to make different varieties of sausages from start to finish. Together, we'll make uncased breakfast sausage patties as well as Italian-style sausage linked in natural casings. Practice the professional butcher's techniques we can all accomplish in our home kitchens. Get the scoop on how to use classic sausage formulation and recipes to create your own unique flavors and styles.

Take home around two pounds of sausages (ready to use or freeze for later), too.
