Hey Friends, “Long time, no see”.. I hope everyone seeing this is well. It’s been a little over a year since we last worked out together.. Honestly, I needed a break. A mental, a spiritual, and a physical break.
I don’t know if it was depression, or if I was exhausted, but I recognized that I was feeling something..
Ten years ago in 2015, I created the 3-15 Theory; a 30 minute circuit training where You repeat 3 exercises, for 15 minutes, with a 15 second break in between each set of 3 exercises..
As a young person, I played sports and was always into working out. But back in the 80’s, there were a ton of workout shows on TV, and I always dreamed of having my own workout show on TV.. “The 3-15 Theory” is that manifestation..
Last year I lost something. I lost some of my drive to contribute, to interact with others; to participate.
This year, I realized more than ever, how much the 3-15 Theory added to my Life, and gave me the motivation and drive to interact with others, and contribute to society(in some way).
I personally need The 3-15 Theory back in my Life, and I’m inviting all of You to join me every Saturday morning at 10:30am at Fountain Green Drive, and Mt Pleasant Dr for a “3-15 Theory REMIX”..
They say when you share your dreams with others, it makes you more accountable to that dream.. You are my motivation Friends.. And while, I am selfishly doing this for myself, If anyone wants to join me Saturday mornings in the Park, you are absolutely welcomed to jump in, and be selfish with me..
On rainy days, I will go LIVE from an indoor location so we can keep the ritual going..
I’ll also be posting one of my earlier 3-15 Theory workout shows every Monday for you to follow 3 days a week, until we meet again LIVE on Saturdays out in the Park. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liKfBe7IOkI
Also, some of you may have heard that I am Representing ROGUE as a DJ now. So With each 3-15 Theory show that I post on Monday’s, I will also be sending out a mix from D.J. Should you decide to get down, be sure to dress for the elements, bring something to drink, a towel, a mat, and positive vibes..
The 45-60 minute 3-15 Theory REMIX will start with a Yoga-like stretch and warm up. Then we’ll walk, or light jog once around the Festival area. From there we come back to our mats, where we’ll begin the 3-15 Theory workout routine for that day. And we’ll end the episode with a cool down stretch, and breathing routine..
Each Saturday session will be recorded, and streamed LIVE for those who can’t join us physically..
