Come along for a relaxed session of Drumming using traditional handheld drums (Shamanic style) and explore using or experiencing a range of sound instruments from Gongs, singing bowls to rattles/bells and immerse yourself in a combination of drumming & sound to aid your well being. Healing takes place as it’s suppose to in a natural supportive way.
Please bring cushion if you wish to lay down in the centre for some drumming/healing.
This part is only if you wish to. And if you cannot lay on the floor you can sit on a chair.
Bring a drink of water.
No experience needed and some drums available if you don’t have one.
