Contact impro intro & JAM @ Riksdagen

Welcome all dancers and curious movers to a summer contact impro JAM with intro now on Sunday! :)
We will meet and dance on the grass behind Riksdagen in the center of Stockholm.
The session will start with an hour of movement intro to help the body and mind land more and create deeper connection with one self and each other as a group. After the intro there will be free improvisation in the form of a contact impro jam. You are welcome to join to the intro or come straight to the open jam.
The summer Sunday jams at Riksdagen is a recurring tradition that we (the Contact improvisation community in Stockholm) have been organizing more or less during many years.
(I'm hosting the the event this particular Sunday before leaving a week to Finland.)
These events are free of charge and open for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
