The Lake Chelan Boating Club would like you to participate as a Sponsor and/or Donor to our fund raising, raffles and door prizes during the 2025 Lake Chelan Poker Run.
We have a variety of levels of participation which will allow you access to the spectators and participants in the Poker Run. We average about 55 boat crews with more than 200 total crew
members. Additional spectators join us for breakfast at the start and dinner at the finish and at the Friday Boaters’ Street Show in Manson. If you have participated before, we thank you, and
would like to discuss how you can work with us most effectively this year.
What is the Lake Chelan Poker Run?
Teams meet at our clubhouse next to the Mill Bay Boat Launch. The event starts at the Lake Chelan Boating Club docks. Then team boats travel to 5 stops on Lake Chelan. An envelope
with a card is collected at each stop by the crew. The teams hold on to the envelope, unopened, until the final stop at the Clubhouse is reached. They are returned to the Poker Run staff and their cards are tallied and the winners are determined by the 5 card poker hand.
What does the Club do with the funds?
The proceeds from our entrance fees, meal and door prize tickets are supplemented by our sponsors and those who provide items for door prizes. Our sponsors help make our event a continued success. We donate a third of our proceeds to local organizations. Our sponsors have enabled us to donate more each year. The generosity of our sponsors has enabled us to
add 3 organizations to those we support.
Supported activities have included:
• LCBC Scholarship Fund
• Free Kids’ Swim Lessons in Manson & donation for Singleton Park play equipment
• Boater Training Classes, and providing a training site for Chelan County Marine Patrol
• Support for Local 4th of July Fireworks
• Support for the Chelan Food Bank, Thrive Chelan Valley and Lake Chelan Health
• Support for Lake Chelan Research Institute, working to keep Lake Chelan clean

Registration: 6-9 pm in front of My Buddy’s Place
Welcome Party: 9 pm-Close at My Buddy's Place w/ Live Music—Drink and Dinner Specials
Saturday July 12
Breakfast at Clubhouse: 8-10:30 am
Drivers’ Meeting: 10:30 am (mandatory for drivers only).
Lunch in Lucerne
Cards in sealed envelopes turned in by 4 pm at Clubhouse
Awards Dinner & Party at Clubhouse
Dinner: 6:30-8:30 pm with door prizes all during dinner
Costume Contest & Award Presentation: 7-8 pm
5th through 2nd Place Winners: 8:30-9:00 pm
First Place Poker Hand & 50/50 Presentation: 9:00 pm
After Party at My Buddy's Place: 10 pm-Close
Don't forget the Hollywood Glitz and Glam costume contests and everyone has a chance to win
