Join me for a revitalizing weekly experience in the heart of nature: Qigong by the River. Set against the serene backdrop of the Missouri River just beneath the historic Town of Kansas Bridge, this gathering is a perfect way to reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural flow of life.
Led by Moreh Miykael, this 60-minute session will guide you through a powerful combination of:
* Deep stretching to open and align the body
* Grounding calisthenics to build strength and flexibility
* Flowing Qigong movements rooted in ancient internal healing arts for cultivating energy (qi), balance, and longevity
All levels are welcome. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or brand new to the art, come as you are and grow with us each week.
What to Bring:
* Water to stay hydrated
* A mat or towel if you plan to participate in the calisthenics portion
