Join any (or all!) of our Summer Break workshops to learn fundamental tricks, tips, and techniques in every category: from Aerial to Pole Fitness, Circus, Dance, and Yoga - this Summer we're doing it all! Start your day with intention, movement, and breath. Bend & Begin Your Day is a 90-minute morning workshop that combines yoga fundamentals with flexibility training to help you feel grounded, open, and ready to take on whatever comes next. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, this session offers a supportive space to reconnect with your body, build mobility, and release tension through mindful stretching and movement. Expect a blend of gentle flow, deep stretches, breathwork, and posture alignment—all designed to leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. You can bring your own yoga and any props you like to use (blocks, straps, etc.), or borrow some of ours! Comfortable layers are recommended.
All of our Summer Break workshops are suitable for both first-time students and more experienced athletes or dancers. No experience or other prerequisites are required! These workshops are for adults, so if you are having trouble registering, please make sure that your birthday is on file or shoot us a message!
