In this short 3 hour dive into the basics of Yin yoga, we'll look at understanding some of the basic principles of yin yoga, including theory, practice and historical context, as well as differences between similar practices that are sometimes confused with yin.
We will explore edge, stillness and time in each posture through a mini practice and partner work.
