Balboaは1930年代に生まれたスウィングダンスで、速い音楽でも滑らかに踊れるのが特徴。Pure Bal（ピュア・バルボア）はクローズドポジションで踊るスタイル。Bal-Swing（バル・スウィング）は回転やキックなど動きが大きく、オープンポジションで踊るスタイル。多くのダンサーはソーシャルダンスでPure-BalとBal-Swingを音楽に合わせて自然に切り替えて踊ります。プロフェッショナルなふたりからの特別レッスンで両方のスタイルにチャレンジしましょう！

速いテンポでも小さなスペースでも踊れるスウィングダンスのスタイルであるPure Balboa（ピュア・バルボア）をバルボアを研究し尽くしたプロフェッショナルのマイケル＆ナターシャから、初心者でも分かるようにゼロから大事なコンセプトをレクチャーしてもらいます！完全に未経験者の方から初心者バルボアダンサーまで満足してもらえる内容です！

テーマ「Bal-Swing Introduction」
Bal-Swing（バル・スウィング）は、Balboa（バルボア）ダンスの形態の一つでPure Balboaよりも自由でダイナミックな動きが特徴です。Pure Balboaでは常にクローズドポジションですが、Bal-Swingでは手だけでつながるオープンポジションでの動きもあり、より広い動きや回転を行うことができます。初心者がまず始めに取り組むポイントを丁寧に教えてもらいます！

Michael & Natasha Special Balboa Workshop in Niigata
Balboa is a swing dance that originated in the 1930s, characterized by its ability to dance smoothly even to fast (& slow) music. Pure Bal (Pure Balboa) is a style danced in a closed position. Bal-Swing is a style with larger movements such as spins and kicks, danced in an open position. Many dancers naturally switch between Pure-Bal and Bal-Swing in social dancing to match the music.
Join this special lesson with two professionals and challenge both styles!

Pure Balboa (Pure Balboa) is a swing dance style that can be danced at a fast tempo and in a small space. Michael and Natasha, professionals who have thoroughly studied Balboa, will teach you the essential concepts from scratch in a way that even beginners can understand! This content is designed to satisfy everyone from complete beginners to those with some Balboa experience!
【DAY 2】July 15 (Tue) 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (2 classes + guided practice) Room: Community Hall 2 Theme: “Bal-Swing Introduction”
Bal-Swing is a form of Balboa dance characterized by more free and dynamic movements than Pure Balboa. While Pure Balboa always maintains a closed position, Bal-Swing includes open positions where dancers connect only with their hands, allowing for wider movements and spins. Beginners will be guided through the key points to focus on when starting out!
