Nature Storytime- Walk and See

Nature Storytime programs are geared for 3-5 year olds in our Visitor Center Classroom. We will be reading a story, exploring natural items related to the topic, and doing a topic themed craft. Weather permitting, we will try to explore outside in addition to the indoor components.
Walk and See
Thursday, July 10th, 2025 at 10am
What could we see while we are on a walk? Two squirrels? Three deer? We will count as we explore with “Walk and See 123” by Rosalind Beardshaw.
Build It

Ever wonder how animals build their homes? In Pou Morgran’s Build It, we will be adventuring through the outdoors, exploring what animals use to build their homes.
This program runs about an hour to hour and a half (depending on attention and outdoor activities). Guardians must stay with participant. Siblings and others are welcome to attend. Vehicle permits are required for all vehicles entering North Dakota State Parks.
