This 18 mile journey begins at the Lembert Dome Picnic Area in Tuolumne Meadows. We will join the Pacific Crest Trail as it follows the scenic Tuolumne River through meadows and forested terrain, passing granite cascades and volcanic rock formations. Highlights include sweeping views of the Cathedral Range, Tuolumne Falls, Glen Aulin High Sierra camp and a day hike to Waterwheel Falls. This is a great trip to dial in your backpacking skills while taking in some of Yosemite’s most stunning scenery.
