Friday 5:30pm Kids Aerial Hammock – Swing, Stretch & Soar! Newton Aycliffe

Let your child take to the skies in this playful and confidence-boosting aerial hammock class! Designed especially for young flyers, this session blends fun, fitness, and creativity as children learn to move, balance, and explore safely in soft, supportive hammocks.

Through a mix of swinging, spinning, climbing, and stretching, kids will build strength, coordination, and body awareness — all while having a blast. Each class includes imaginative games, basic aerial shapes, and calming moments to help little ones feel grounded and empowered in the air.

No experience needed — just a sense of adventure and a smile!
