APS School Board Study Session & District Climate Discussion

Community support is needed in continuing the conversation around Austin Public School's District Climate (district leadership concerns, involuntary transfer contract language, staff morale & employee retention). Please plan to attend in person as this is not a livestreamed or recorded event. It is important that we are present for this discussion and ensure our school board members have the support needed to make positive change. Our goal is to work toward a more positive workplace culture for our teachers district wide, making them feel valued, heard and respected in order to keep them in our district and provide the best education experience possible for our students.
