Stand Up Paddle Board + Yoga (all levels welcome!)

Enjoy this introductory session with gentle yoga on top of a paddle board while exploring the beautiful Hilaka lake in the Richfield Heritage Preserve. We will be guided by the lovely paddleboard and yoga instructor Lisa Meranti of OneTreeLove.
This paddle yoga-adventure will include instructions on safety, board anatomy, paddle basics, and a gentle yoga on the board suitable for all abilities.
*Standing is optional for all portions and modifcations will be provided.*
Level/Ages: open to ages 12+ (youth must have guardian supervision); All participants must be able to swim
Suggested Donation:
$49 for session + board rental package.
Fee Breakdown: 15% of fees go to Richfield Heritage Preserve. Remainder of fees go to instructor and board rentals. Richfield resident discount upon request.
$24 for just the session (BYOBoard);
RENTAL PACKAGE includes board, paddle, leash, life jacket, anchor, and dry bag
BRING:
- Bring drinking water.
- Bug repellent
- Moisture-wicking clothes such as bamboo, merino wool, or synthetic clothing such as polyester
IF BYOBoard, please bring your board, paddle, leash, life jacket, and anchor
Safety practices: Life jackets are required. Leashes are highly recommended.
WAIVER: Please take time to carefully read and sign OneTreeLove's release form at https://onetreelove.com/release/. Each participant is required to complete this form online.
Meeting location: Meet on the shores of the Upper Lake to start at 6pm with all your gear ready to go. This means arriving to the preserve at least 20 minutes to allow for parking by the Lodge and walk to the lake — follow the signs for canoe/kayak launch (see map link below for reference). There are restrooms and a water fountain by the Lodge (not at the lake).

In the event of thunder and lightning, a cancellation and refund may occur up to a hour prior or delay for maximum of one hour.
Cancellations/Refunds: If we need to cancel due to weather, we make that determination 2 hours in advance when possible and notify via email or phone call. You will have the option to reschedule or get 100% refund. If you cancel 7 days prior, you will get full refund (minus Wix fees); within 7 days you can transfers to future session. Within 3 days, no refund is available.
