It's the 51st anniversary of our primary fundraiser, the Richland Art Fair! Parking and Admission are FREE! Our booth spaces are filling up fast and we will host up to 116 artists this year in many different disciplines.

Please note that ONLY service animals will be permitted.

We will have a food truck and vendors selling food, and Gull Meadow Farms shop WILL be open and serving delicious donuts and drinks!

DID YOU KNOW?
β€’ The Community Volunteers began with 50 artists in the Richland Village Square, where the fair was held successfully for many years.
β€’ Due to COVID the fair was cancelled in 2020.
β€’ In 2021, with COVID restrictions, we needed a different location where the artists and crowds could be more spread out. Gull Meadow Farms offered to let us hold the fair on their grounds.

β€’ The artists and patrons both loved the new location, with lots of free parking and spacious grounds.
β€’ Our artists come from Michigan and beyond. As the event nears, check out our Facebook page for previews of artists who will attend.
β€’ We will have everything from pottery to paintings, metal and wood work, jewelry, specialty food, clothing and home dΓ©cor items.
β€’ Everything is hand-made and finely crafted.
β€’ We will have food vendors so people can come to shop and have lunch and snacks.
β€’ Something unique to our fair is a raffle, where $2 buys a chance to win an artwork donated by one of our artists.
You choose which item(s) to buy a raffle ticket for.
This is a fundraiser for the Gull Lake Area Community Volunteers. The money goes back into the community to help improve the lives of those living in the greater Gull
Lake Area.
β€’ We provide coats and snow pants for the students of families in financial need
β€’ We provide 3 items of clothing and an educational toy to those students, and toiletries and food assistance to their families in December
o We work closely with the school counselors to remove barriers to education by helping with tutoring, camps, drivers ed., medical and basic needs.
o We have helped several families with security deposits and temporary rent assistance to keep them from becoming homeless.
