Group Sound Bath Session

We welcome you to join us at our group sound bath session! We'll warm up with some gentle stretching to invite our mind and body to check in to the present moment. Then dive deep into the healing vibrations from our singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and more! All this while mists of pure therapeutic grade essential oils set the mood of healing and relaxation. Bring a friend or meet a new one there! Join our community at Shalom Wellness with Dr. Deb and Nikki Needles!
We provide yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks. We do recommend bringing whatever you desire to be comfy during the hour long session! We have a limited supply of pillows and bolsters if you forget one of your own.
