Due to Hudson Bay High School Track being resurfaced we will be meeting at Covington Middle School.
The Warm-up:
1200 meter jog followed by stretching.
The WOW:
Intermediate:
12 x 300m + 100m RI
Advanced:
18 x 300m + 100m RI
The Cool-down:
1200 meter jog followed by shin mobility and stretching.
