ECPL 2025 Chess Tournament

Saturday, July 12 Elbert County Library will be hosting a Chess Tournament! Organized by Mr. Freddie Baker, with Mr. Ray Chandler directing, players of all ages are invited to compete for cash prizes. Competitors can join under one of two groups: Novice or Open, depending on experience level. Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st ($50), 2nd ($40), 3rd ($30), and 4th ($20) place players in each category. The tournament will begin at 10:00 A.M at Elbert County Public Library (345 Heard St.).
