Surrounded by Bella Luna’s expansive gardens, European-style buildings, and old-world charm, guests will enjoy a five-course Bastille Day feast prepared by beloved Pacific Northwest chef Bruce Naftaly, known for his refined, French-inspired cuisine rooted in seasonal ingredients. The menu begins with Champagne, petits farçies, and herb-laced gougères, followed by a richly layered salade composée with duck liver mousse and hazelnut vinaigrette. Seared scallops with beurre blanc, grilled steak with sauce Choron, and a chilled parfait glacé au nougat et à l’abricot round out the summery meal. In addition to the feast, guests can explore a charming on-site market offering curated Larder goods and artisan cheese from our on-farm creamery.
