Join us for a book signing with Author Sean Tyler and his debut novel "White Hell"!
Sean Tyler (also known as Sean Hinderliter), 2002 GHS Grad and regular detention attendee (both after school, in school, and summer) astonishingly authored an historical fiction novel that has caused quite a few ripples in the industry. It's called White Hell and its a love story at heart, but loosely based on the infamous Donner Party Disaster.
Tyler is also a journalist, freedom fighter, U.S. Coast Guard vet, and father of two. He holds a bachelor’s degree
in history from Youngstown State University in Ohio. In order to fully immerse himself in the subject matter of White Hell,
Tyler spent a winter in a log cabin along the shores of Donner Lake, California, where deathly starving members of the
Donner Party feasted on human flesh some 175 years ago. Tyler currently lives in a fortified compound near ‘The Strip’ in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Sean will be here from 5pm-8pm with copies of his book for sale. Purchase of a book gets you entered into a drawing for 3 tickets to the Pirates game in Pittsburgh on Saturday, July 19th that we'll draw at the end of the evening!
