Reiki and Restorative w/Jen Adams

If you’ve been feeling like you need to reset your nervous system, and you want to experience the healing power of Reiki, doing us for the incredible opportunity to show up for yourself and heal. Jen will lead you through some relaxing and supported poses and you’ll receive Reiki energy healing For a portion of the class. Clients in the past ever remarked that they feel so much lighter and more balanced after doing the session.
