Tai Ji in the Park! June & July Schedule

Learn mindful fluid movements that benefits your mobility, balance and mental health!

We will review movements to open and stretch the body combined with mindful relaxation to find ease under pressure.
We will also continuously learn Huang Sheng Shyan’s “Yang 37 Form” each week.

Located on the West side of Kiwanis Park (closer to Main St) in Rutherfordton, NC

What to bring:
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (mats not required)
- No prior experience necessary, adjusted to all skill levels
- $5 donations are welcomed but not necessary
