Calling all creative thinkers, future entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers! During this exciting, hands-on week, students will 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧, 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬. This real-world STEM challenge blends math, design, budgeting, writing, and engineering into one unforgettable experience!

Grades: Incoming 4th–8th

𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒉 & 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒚
- Budgeting for supplies, ingredients, and decorations.
- Calculating prices, profits, and costs.
- Writing and using checks for transactions.

𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 & 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏
- Designing the layout of a food truck using measurement and scale.
- Constructing 3D models of the truck.
- Using creativity and problem-solving to overcome design challenges.

- Creating advertisements and marketing materials.
- Writing persuasive menus and signs.
- Presenting their business ideas to peers and parents at the end!
