Join me for a cozy, hands-on Beginner Sourdough Class where you’ll learn everything you need to bake beautiful, crusty sourdough at home—whether it’s your first loaf or you’re ready to try again with confidence.

• Mix, shape, and bake your own loaf
• Take home a fresh-baked sourdough loaf
• Get a mature starter—ready to use right away
• Receive a starter kit that includes:
– a mini banneton (so cute!)
– a bench scraper
– a lame for scoring
