In this workshop, we will experience the power of mutual support through partnered poses, breathwork, and mindful movement.

You’ll build deeper awareness not only of your own body and mind, but also of the subtle ways we hold space for each other.

Expect plenty of smiles, spontaneous laughter, and the kind of grounding presence that comes from showing up authentically and supporting one another.

Whether you’re joining with a friend or coming solo, you are welcome just as you are. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
