We’re excited to be part of the Jim Clark Celebration Weekend on Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th June right here in our hometown of Duns in the Scottish Borders.
This special event marks 60 years since Jim Clark’s legendary 1965 season, where he won his second Formula 1 World Championship, the Indianapolis 500, and the Tasman Series. Widely regarded as one of the greatest racing drivers of all time, Jim Clark was born just a few miles from Duns, and his legacy still looms large in the town he called home.
To mark the occasion, the town will come alive with a full weekend of family-friendly fun, including vintage and classic cars, live motorsport demonstrations, piping displays, and an artisan food and drink village.
We’ll be there with our tartan tent and over 500 tartans to explore. Come along for a chat, get measured up, and browse samples of our kilts, trews, caps and more. Whether you’re celebrating your Scottish roots or looking for something truly special, we’d love to help.
Admission is free for under-16s and well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome so bring the whole family for a weekend of community, culture, and cars in the heart of the Borders. And if you're thinking of adding a tartan touch to your car's interior, come talk to us about tartan car upholstery too!
