Try something unique, picture this....

Floating above the serene waters of The Crystal Lake on your anchored paddleboard you lay back, listening to the sounds of the birds in the ancient woodland.
Focusing on body and breath awareness you create a mindful practice moving through gentle reclined, seated and kneeling yoga postures to build strength, flexibility and balance. Perhaps you eventually work your way up to standing (there is never any pressure to stand during classes and variations are always available). We complete with a relaxing floating meditation on your board maybe dipping your fingers and toes into the water as you drift into peaceful savasana.
The perfect way to relax, release tension and spend time in nature.

No previous experience of paddleboarding or yoga is needed, this is a truly adaptable practice available to all.
