Beef Wellington is a true British classic, and in this mouth-watering class, you'll learn how to create a stunning dinner party-worthy version. Our expert chefs will guide you through preparing your own prime, grass-fed British beef fillet, topping it with a rich, savoury mushroom duxelles, wrapping it in Bresaola, and encasing it in buttery puff pastry.

To complete the dish, you'll also prepare a deliciously rich beef jus and learn how to prepare seasonal vegetables to complement your Wellington.

For lunch, you’ll be rewarded with a tasting of the chef’s own perfectly cooked Beef Wellington, before taking yours home to impress friends and family.
