This is a safe and structured Back-to-Running program for runners who’ve taken a break due to injury or when life simply gets in the way.

Overview:

Our 4-week course is designed to help you safely and gradually return to running after a break. We’ll guide you through a structured and supportive process to get you back on track.

Goals:

1. Gradual Progression: Ease back into running with a gentle, progressive approach to avoid re-injury or burnout.

2. Injury Prevention: Incorporate strengthening exercises and flexibility routines to reduce the risk of future injuries.

3. Building Endurance: Increase your cardiovascular fitness and running endurance through a mix of walking, jogging, and running.

4. Confidence Boost: Celebrate small victories and build momentum to help you stay motivated and committed to your running. Increase jogging duration and introduce short running segments.

5. Focus on proper running form and technique.
