August Yoga Basics Staycation Workshop

These workshops are a great way to prepare for autumn yoga classes - as complete beginner or experienced practitioner.

We will move through the basic Sivananda hatha yoga postures including inversions, forward and back bends, twists, standing and sitting postures so that you feel safe and comfortable.

If for health reasons a posture is not safe for you, I will show you alternatives that have similar benefits so you don't have to fret about standing on your head!

I’ll show you how to adapt a pose to suit your body using props, so that you don’t have to angst about not being flexible or strong enough.
