🌟Come and meet us at St Annes YMCA on 31st July if you already live alcohol free or interested in the benefits, you’re cutting down on drinking or thinking about it.

ℹ️£6 pay as you go with coffee and tea including decaf and herbal and books to borrow from our free quit lit book library. We have leaflets and information on other health and wellbeing practitioners and plan social events.

✨No need to check in at reception. We have no agenda and take no notes. There’s no obligation to stop drinking if you join us. We’ve just created a safe and non judgemental space for community and connection with other women.

🆓car park outside, room is accessible and bus stop nearby. You don’t need to live in Fylde to attend - you’re welcome wherever you live🌟
