A day with two Trainers who bring together the skills of both training and choreography for Heelwork to Music /canine freestyle
We aim to provide sessions to promote your creativity and independent choreography skills
There will be individual time to work on your own unique choreography
YOUR TRAINERS
MARYLIN KILLEN
Marylin is a classically trained Advanced ballet dancer and teacher who is from a theatrical family and background. More recently she has worked as a Lecturer in Dance.
She teaches many dance styles including tap and jazz.
Marylin has been involved in dog dance for approximately 10 years training her collies and assisting with choreography. TThis will be the second workshop deluvered with Heather
HEATHER SMITH
Heather has been involved in Heelwork to Music for 20 years over which she has had 9 Advanced dogs of various breeds. Heather is a 3 times Crufts winner in HTM and an Open European Championships finalist
Choreography and the joy of creating content to suit individual dogs is Heather's favourite thing about this dog activity. And she brings her experience in other disciplines such as breed showing with canine movement and conformation, as well as obedience and agility to bear in choreographing routines.
