This drop-in class is perfect for anyone wanting a mixture of new pole moves to add to their growing knowledge and increasing your pole strength with extra emphasis on building your muscle memory and foundation in creating routines. Every class will offer different moves so they're great to repeat. Anyone level 1 or 1.5 can attend these classes being that you've attended at least one pole class.
